Yesterday I stumbled on a Futurism headline: “Experts Warn AI Could Be Making Us All Stupider.”
It in turn, points to a new Frontiers in Psychology paper called “From tools to threats: a reflection on the impact of artificial-intelligence chatbots on cognitive health” that maps out exactly (almost) what we talked about in “LLMs Won’t Replace You — Until Your Boss Makes Them Your KPI.”
Sounds like am not the only one who is worried.
And here's the kicker, you think that we got tools with AI..in the meantime WE became the tool.
Actually that started a long time ago..but got perfected with AI.
I am not a hater of AI, but the way it's coded and programmed.
Funny thing is..it won't make us smarter..in many ways cause it's the Genie in a bottle.
Think back when Google came out with the GPS..suddenly anyone can find an adress and don't get lost.
